Sullivan County, In. – A tragic wrong-way crash on U.S. 41 in Sullivan County claimed the life of fifty-nine-year-old Bradley Galenski Friday morning. Indiana State Police report Galenski was driving southbound in the northbound lanes when his pickup collided head-on with a semi-truck. The semi-driver attempted an evasive maneuver but could not avoid the collision. Galenski was thrown from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The semi-driver suffered minor injuries. Authorities closed U.S. 41 for several hours to reconstruct the crash, and the investigation into the cause remains ongoing.
