Vigo County, In. – Wabash Valley Resources is set to receive a $1.5 Billion loan to build clean ammonia fertilizer plant in Western Vigo County. The Department of Energy’s press release says that a idled coal gasification plant will produce 500-thousand metric tons of anhydrous ammonia per year.
