Clay County, In. – The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced that the bridge project on State Road 59 has been finished ahead of schedule.  The project had closed State Road 59 between Brazil and Bellmore.  The project was scheduled to close the highway for about a month and a half but was wrapped up in about 3 weeks.  INDOT says drivers will still encounter flaggers, but the road is open for travel.
