VIGO COUNTY, Ind – Around 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon (4/26/18) Indiana State Police officers served a search warrant at 2864 Professional Lane, Terre Haute.

Troopers found approximately one pound of suspected Marijuana, $20,000 in US Currency, one rifle and two .40 caliber handguns. All of the weapons were loaded.

Police arrested 25-year-old Darren K. Hopkins, on charges of Dealing Marijuana; Possession of Marijuana; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Neglect of a Dependent (Hopkins young son frequents the residence, but was not there at the time of the warrant service).

Community tips and other investigative information led to the issuing of the search warrant.
