TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute man is facing sexual misconduct charges for allegedly having inappropriate relations with a 14-year-old.

22-year-old Jacob Givens is being held in the Vigo County Jail for the incident that allegedly happened in 2016.

The victim told police that she is coming forward now out of concern for other possible victims.
