TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute man who was on house arrest now faces even more charges.

19 year old Tyrese McCullum now faces charges of rape and child molestation for an incident that allegedly happened last summer, and involved a 13-year-old.

McCullum will be back in court on August 29th.

More charges could still be filed because McCullum was on house arrest when the crime allegedly took place.
