PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Parke County Deputies conducted a traffic stop just after midnight this morning at the Lyford “Y” on a vehicle that drove around the barricades in the construction zone.

Police say that the driver was intoxicated.

19-year-old Desirae Evans of Rockville was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While intoxicated.
