VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – A Terre Haute man who was part of a kick-back scheme that stole thousands of dollars from the Vigo County School Corporation has reached a deal to pay back the money taken.

Michael Pick along with Franklin Fennell and Frank Shahadey submitted inflated and fake invoices for work by Picks company M&P Properties.

Pick has reportedly paid back $88,000 to the school corporation.
