VIGO COUNTY, Ind – A Terre Haute man arrested last Friday after police found hundreds of weapons in his home made his first court appearance Monday.

55 year old Gary A. Diana, was arrested on an intimidation charge for allegedly threatening to shoot nurse during a home healthcare visit.

When police went to Diana’s home they found and seized over 200 firearms, more than 100,000 rounds of ammunition, explosive martial and more.

Diana is to undergo a mental health evaluation and will return to court on Thursday (8/23/18).
