TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Terre Haute Police arrested 38 year old Johnathan Robertson at Kroger on Terre Haute’s north side over the weekend.

He is accused of destroying the inside of the Casey’s at 25th and Fort Harrison in Terre Haute, and then threatening a worker with a knife after an employee confronted him for allegedly stealing ice cream.

When officers caught up with him at Kroger, court documents say they had to physically carry him out of the store because he refused to cooperate.

He is facing multiple charges and is being held on $50,000 bond.

He will appear in court on Thursday.
