Terre Haute, Ind – On Wednesday Hoosier Prairie Elementary School opened its “Starbooks Cafe.”

Once a month, students can go to the cafe before school and spend play money they’ve earned for good behavior.

They receive a cup of hot chocolate and can spend any extra money on a snack.

While there, they can read, study, socialize or play games.

The cafe was made possible by a $4,000 grant from Duke Energy.
