DUMP TRUCK ROLL OVER ON U.S. 36

PARKE COUNTY, Ind. – Tuesday The Parke County Sheriff Department was dispatched to an accident on U.S. 36 near County Road 350 East.  They found a Dump Truck on its side.  The truck was driven by 43-year-old Amanda Delp of Dana.  Delp was attempting to slow down for a van that was turning left and lost control of the truck and it rolled onto the drivers side.  A spill of Diesel fuel from the truck had to be cleaned up as a hazmat spill.  Delp was transported to Union Hospital, Clinton by Parke County EMS for the injuries she sustained. The Indiana State Police, the Rockville/Adams Township and Bellmore Fire Departments assisted at the scene.
