TERRE HAUTE, Ind – Terre Haute Police have arrested another person connected to the Anita Oswald murder case.

39-year-old Carl Ross was arrested yesterday on charges of obstruction of justice and assisting a criminal.

He is scheduled to make his first court appearance today.

Police say that Ross assisted Kenny Pitts with transportation, prior to his arrest.

Pitts is charged with the murder of Oswald in November of last year.

Police say that they are continuing to investigate this case and that more arrests could be made in the future.
