VIGO COUNTY, Ind – Vigo County Commissioner Judith Anderson has been elected to serve as the 2019 president of the Indiana Association of County Commissioners.

This is the second time that Anderson has served in that position.

The group is a statewide association that lobbies for issues for county commissioners statewide.
